The concept for Ride Your Bike America came about as one way to combat the increasing trend toward obesity in the U.S.. With a few exceptions, the U.S. leads the world in having the highest percentage of overweight people.
The program to Cycle on Sundays--or one day per week--is a fun and simple way to participate and help reverse this epidemic. Best of all--in these tough economic times--this activity is free!
