This program was designed and copyrighted by Michael Secrest to help kids become more active, by riding their bikes to school. Michael, a multi-time world record holder of long-distance cycling, will travel to cities, throughout the US, to ride with kids, on organized rides, to their schools. Afterwards, Michael will talk with kids about the importance of a healthy lifestyle of exercise and proper nutrition. In his talks, he will also encourage them to follow their dreams, and use his journey through life as an example that dreams can be achieved.
